Classes are taught in her beautiful London loft in Shoreditch where she has installed one of the finest demonstration kitchens in London, described by a New York newspaper as a “minimalist masterpiece … enough to make any aspiring chef cry”.

Anissa’s aim is to inspire those with an interest in cooking to learn to prepare the finest dishes of her native country, Lebanon, as well as those of other Mediterranean countries: including Spain, Italy, Morocco, Turkey, Greece.

Anissa’s classes are all demonstrations. She leads the class and personally does the cooking. The Evening Classes run from 6.30 to 9.30pm.
