Food is high on travellers' lists of priorities as getting to know the food of a country is essential to the full appreciation of its culture. Foreigners, however,  seldom have the  opportunity to find the best restaurants, markets, and home cooks. Language is often a barrier as is unfamiliarity with the geography and mores of a new place. My knowledge of and enthusiasm for the food, culture, and languages of the Mediterranean basin have inspired me to inaugurate a programme of culinary tours to various countries around the Mediterranean.

The tour is organised in conjunction with Specialtours Ltd, an established leader in the field of cultural tours, and is for a select group of twelve, so, please contact us very soon to book if you would like to take part in the tour.
